Paintball: What to expect and who's doing it?

Paintball is a game played by groups of players who 'shoot' each other with 'paintball markers' [paintball guns] to take out there opponents.

Paintball markers use compressed air to fire small capsules of paint which burst on contact with their target.

Paintballing days make great action packed days out for group parties, birthdays, stag and hen days. Clubs and groups can book a day of paintball which is an ideal way to welcome new members or celebrate winning an award or gaining some recognition of achievement.

Companies are treating their staff to days out as a team building exercise and to show some appreciation for reaching sales targets and goals.
